"The app" "Authority satellite" "generates employees of the Free State of Bavaria a digital key ring for access to the authority satellites and the booked rooms.The prerequisite is the successful booking of a workstation / room in the government satellite via the room resource management system.In order to load your "digital key ring" into the app, the mobile device must (at least) temporarily have an internet connection within 48 hours before the booking period.REGISTRATIONActivation of the app as part of a registration process is required for use.
The following steps are necessary for this:1) Successful registration in the Employee Service Bavaria portal.2) Successful registration in the booking system Room Resource Management System (RRMS) (integrated in the Bayen employee service portal).3) Enter the activation key.
The activation key is displayed in the RRMS when you register for the first time.
This can also be viewed at any time in the RRMS user profile.4) Assignment of an individual eight-digit PIN and its confirmation.ACCESSIBILITY: The app is barrier-free (LINK) and it is free to use."
